As most MAALOOM products are handcrafted and produced on order, processing and production timelines vary depending on the design and complexity of the garment.

Production timelines are approximate and may vary during festive periods, wedding seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.

Domestic Shipping

We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated domestic delivery timelines:

  • Ready products: 3–7 business days
  • Made-to-order products: As per production timeline + shipping duration

International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries.

Estimated international delivery timelines:

  • 5–15 business days after dispatch depending on destination country and customs clearance.

International shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary due to customs procedures, local regulations, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local charges imposed by the destination country.

Such charges are not included in the product or shipping price and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

MAALOOM is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by customs authorities.
