RETURN & EXCHANGE

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Policy

As all MAALOOM garments are handcrafted and primarily made-to-order, we do not offer exchanges on:

  • Custom-made products
  • Made-to-order products
  • Bridal wear
  • Occasion wear
  • International orders
  • Discounted or sale items

Customers are strongly advised to review sizing, measurements, colour selections, and product details carefully before placing an order.

Size Assistance

Our team is available to assist with sizing guidance and measurement support before order confirmation.

Minor alterations may be possible for select products subject to feasibility and additional charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare event of receiving:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs
  • Unboxing video (mandatory)

After review, MAALOOM may offer repair, replacement, or store credit at its discretion.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order, and customised nature of our products, MAALOOM does not accept returns.

This policy applies to:

  • Made-to-order garments
  • Bridal wear
  • Occasion wear
  • Customised products
  • International orders
  • Sale or discounted items

All purchases are considered final.

Why Returns Are Not Accepted

Each MAALOOM creation is individually handcrafted and produced specifically for the customer. Significant artisan hours, sourcing, embroidery, dyeing, tailoring, and finishing processes are involved in every order.

As a result, returned products cannot be resold as standard inventory.

Exceptions

Returns may only be considered in exceptional cases involving:

  • Incorrect product dispatch
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Transit damage

Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order details
  • Clear images
  • Complete unboxing video

MAALOOM reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
